Are you imeldific? This new English word was coined from Philippine’s First Lady Imelda R. Marcos who’d been found to own numerous shoes which are now part of the museum’s collection in the President’s Malacanang Palace.
I admit, I’m an imeldific person. I’ve got too many shoes and basically, the number astounds my husband’s mind, and he is making a decidedly derisive noise when he sees me taking a look at them in the shop.
He does not see why I have such a lot and even why I demand that I need more.
I know shoes are my weakness, but that does not imply I need to give them up. I do have to stop purchasing such a lot and I do have to lose some that I have, but everybody desires shoes.
If you’re looking for the ideal pair of evening shoes, which is something I mostly appear to be doing, you do have to keep more in mind than just the way they look. If you like shoes like I do, you will know what I mean when I say that some shoes are just too good to pass on. Worse, if they are on sale for a dazzling price, there might be nothing any one can do to pry those evening shoes from your hands.
I’ve had to be taught how to curb this, as many I buy finish up being un-wearable. There are shoe stores everywhere, however, and all of them have shoes for evening wear. There’s doubtless a larger choice of this kind than any other in most stores.
All those styles suggests that you are going to find many that you like. If you are unable to, do not assume you can become used to them and buy them anyhow. You will love 2 shoes for the evening, but if they are too high, you are never going to wear them.
Don’t go by looks alone or you’re going to finish up with a closet full of shoes that you’ll never wear.
